Our Team
Different specialties, shared values. A collective grounded in depth, holistic wellness, and meaningful change.
At The Wellness Collective, we believe therapy works best when it feels like the right fit — clinically, relationally, and personally. Our clinicians bring clear areas of focus and specialized training, allowing clients to receive care that matches their needs and supports real, lasting change.

Over the past six years as a therapist, I have come to believe that true healing occurs through participation in deep healing work, implementation of intentional wellness practice, and determination from the client. Above all, though, healing starts with a sense of safety, warmth, and freedom from judgment. I want therapy for you to feel comfortable and natural, like having a coffee with a friend.
Each session is a collaborative process, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Clients often leave feeling relieved and empowered, equipped with new skills or fresh perspectives that transform how they approach challenges. This shift can open new possibilities for personal growth and understanding, helping you navigate your circumstances more effectively.
Outside of therapy, you can find me spending time with my family, gardening, being outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, or baking bread! My favorite ways to implement holistic wellness into my life are through long walks, nutritious eating, getting massages, and keeping my bigger purpose in focus.

My work blends depth-oriented therapy with practical, usable tools.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and use EMDR to help clients process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences. I am also IFS-informed and often incorporate parts work to gently explore the different aspects of yourself that may be carrying pain, protection, or old beliefs. When helpful, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in clarifying their values and taking meaningful action aligned with the life they want to build.
To me, being trauma-informed means moving at a pace that feels safe, honoring consent and choice, and recognizing that trauma is subjective — it’s not about whether something “should” have been traumatic, but how it impacted you.
I view clients holistically. That includes your relationships, your nervous system patterns, your self-concept, your habits, your past, and your present circumstances — not just your symptoms. Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and intentional. We go deep, but we do so with structure and care.

I am most passionate about working with women and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and social or academic stress. I also deeply value supporting adults who are processing trauma, managing life transitions, or experiencing burnout, helping them develop resilience and coping strategies. My focus is on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and cultivate lasting well-being.
When I am not working as a therapist, I enjoy traveling and trying new foods!

Expanding our team with intention.
The Wellness Collective is being built with care and intention. As we grow, clinicians will be added based on areas of specialty and shared clinical values. This allows us to maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience while expanding the range of concerns and modalities we support.
