Our Team

Different specialties, shared values. A collective grounded in depth, holistic wellness, and meaningful change.

At The Wellness Collective, we believe therapy works best when it feels like the right fit — clinically, relationally, and personally. Our clinicians bring clear areas of focus and specialized training, allowing clients to receive care that matches their needs and supports real, lasting change.

Kayla Casper, MS, LPC, NCC

  • Over the past five years in practice, I’ve come to believe that real healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. Meaningful change doesn’t come from quick fixes — it unfolds when we slow down, make sense of your story, and approach your struggles with both compassion and clarity.

Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them — negative beliefs about themselves, the lingering impact of past experiences, or an inner dialogue that feels louder than their confidence. My goal in therapy is to help you reconnect with your own steadiness so that your fears, your past, or your self-criticism are no longer running the show.

I bring warmth and thoughtfulness into the therapy room. I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore, and empowered enough to grow in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with who you are.

Outside of the therapy, I value slow, grounded living — time with my family, being outdoors, baking bread, and finding quiet moments in everyday life. I believe the way we live shapes the way we heal.

  • My work blends depth-oriented therapy with practical, usable tools.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and use EMDR to help clients process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences. I am also IFS-informed and often incorporate parts work to gently explore the different aspects of yourself that may be carrying pain, protection, or old beliefs. When helpful, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in clarifying their values and taking meaningful action aligned with the life they want to build.

To me, being trauma-informed means moving at a pace that feels safe, honoring consent and choice, and recognizing that trauma is subjective — it’s not about whether something “should” have been traumatic, but how it impacted you.

I view clients holistically. That includes your relationships, your nervous system patterns, your self-concept, your habits, your past, and your present circumstances — not just your symptoms. Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and intentional. We go deep, but we do so with structure and care.

Expanding our team with intention.

The Wellness Collective is being built with care and intention. As we grow, clinicians will be added based on areas of specialty and shared clinical values. This allows us to maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience while expanding the range of concerns and modalities we support.
