Yes. All services are currently provided through secure video sessions. Virtual therapy allows you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, during a work lunch break, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

We work with adults (18+) located in South Carolina who are ready for meaningful healing and personal growth. Many clients come to us for support with trauma, anxiety, OCD/intrusive thoughts, attachment wounds, depression, life transitions, and prenatal/postpartum mental health concerns.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session.
Therapy intensives are $200 per hour. The total cost depends on the length and structure of your intensive.

Yes - we are in-network with several major insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
