Individual Therapy
(50-minute sessions)
Individual therapy offers dedicated time and space to focus on you — your experiences, your goals, and your growth. Together, we explore patterns, develop tools, and work toward lasting emotional and personal change. This is a space to slow down, feel supported, and work through what matters most at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy Intensives
(90-180 minute sessions, as offered)
Therapy intensives offer extended sessions designed to focus more deeply on specific concerns or goals. This format allows for concentrated work, often helping clients make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Intensives can be helpful when you’re ready to address something significant or want a more immersive therapeutic experience without stretching the work over many weeks.
Specialty Areas
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different. These are some of the areas our clinicians frequently help clients navigate.
-
Difficult or overwhelming experiences can leave lasting effects — even long after they’ve passed. We help clients gently process past events, shift patterns that no longer serve them, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and in their control.
-
Living with anxiety can feel exhausting — like your mind and body never fully rest. We help clients slow things down, understand the roots of their anxiety, and learn practical ways to move through life with more ease and steadiness.
-
Obsessive thoughts and repetitive behaviors can feel confusing, distressing, and hard to control. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, checking, mental reviewing, or trying to prevent something bad from happening. Therapy can help you understand how these patterns work, reduce their intensity, and respond to intrusive thoughts in ways that lessen their hold on your life.
-
Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring major emotional and physical changes. Alongside joy, many people experience anxiety, mood shifts, overwhelm, or a sense of losing parts of themselves. Therapy offers space to process this transition, adjust to new roles, and care for your emotional well-being during this important season of life.
-
Major life changes — whether chosen or unexpected — can feel disorienting. Shifts in roles, relationships, careers, or identity often bring up uncertainty, stress, or self-doubt. Therapy can help you make sense of these changes, reconnect with your values, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
